Quilco Stucco was founded in 1996 with a single commitment: deliver exterior finishes that homeowners are proud of for decades. What started as a small crew in West Palm Beach has grown into one of South Florida's most trusted stucco and exterior contractors — built entirely on word-of-mouth and the quality of our work.

From the first call to the final cleanup — every step handled with precision and respect for your property.

Initial Assessment

We start by understanding the scope — whether it's a small patch repair, a full stucco remodel, or new stucco on a block structure. Every project starts with the right diagnosis before we quote a price.

On-Site Walkthrough

We visit the property in person and walk every inch of the job. When the owner joins us, we walk together, explain exactly what's needed, and deliver our price on the spot. No guesswork, no surprises.

Agreement & Scheduling

Once the price is accepted, we schedule the job. For larger projects requiring significant materials, we ask for a deposit to secure your spot. Smaller jobs under $3,000 require no deposit upfront.

Site Preparation

For large estates, we arrive the day before to set up scaffolding, cover windows and landscaping, and stage all materials on site — so the first day of work is pure production from the start.

The Work

Our crew works methodically through the job, applying stucco and achieving the specified finish while maintaining a clean site daily. On extended jobs, we invoice a progress payment at the halfway mark.

Teardown & Cleanup

When the stucco is complete, we dismantle all scaffolding, collect every material and tool, and leave the property exactly as we found it — clean, organized, and finished to standard.
